Requirements:
- General administrative support to Sales Representatives, assisting them with new customer leads, follow-up with telephone, fax & email with customers.
- Develops & provides information for bids and quotations and processes orders for products as requested.
- Ensures order & product data information is entered accurately and in timely manner.
- Processes purchase orders, follow-up with vendors to ensure merchandise is received on time.
- Monitors order status, resolving customer issues with products and/or order status in a timely manner.
- Supports Sales Representatives by researching new vendors for improved, quality products.Obtains pricing and availability information.
- Communicates with co-workers, management, customers and others in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- High School degree; Associates degree or some college a plus
- Two Years’ related business or marketing experience preferred
- Individual should be professional, detailed, punctual, accountable
- Self-motivated with initiative
- Flexible to respond to unexpected situations that demand immediate attention
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills; knowledge of office administration procedures and able to operate most standard office equipment

Required skills/qualifications are: Verify quality of raw materials and communication with suppliers. Plan and direct activities of Q/A personnel. Arrange inspections to meet schedule demands and verify techniques and procedures to maintain UL certification. Provide training to technicians and production employees as to methods and analysis of results. Assist in process quality and cost control. Initiate testing procedures to verify feasibility of production composition changes, cost reduction and method modifications. Perform analysis of complaint samples. Travel to perform site inspections of possible quality issues. Instill a proactive and aggressive audit program for the facility with emphasis on electronic reporting. Possess knowledge to determine products quality and ability to foresee problems that may arise from product or process change. Communicates with customers, sales and plant personnel in determining performance of products and consideration of new product lines. Lead and perform warehouse audits and assist in settlement of complaints. Responsible for the supervision, performance, discipline and safety of technicians. Excellent computer, mathematical and analytical skills required. Four year degree preferred with three to five years of relevant experience.

Atlas Roofing Corporation, located in Hampton, GA, is presently seeking an Industrial Electrician to work with our Maintenance Department. The job requires familiarity with Rockwell Software along with knowledge of Allen Bradley AC DC drives and Allen Bradley PLC’s is a must. Experience in instrumentation setup such as: Honeywell burner controls, flow controls, and analog sensors like Sonic Eyes needed. Must have programming experience in Control Logix, tag creation, and troubleshooting. Needs to be familiar with Servo Control, Allen Bradley & or Pac Sci. Candidate should have knowledge of conventional motor control including interlocking motors. Must be able to read and troubleshoot from prints and drawings. Knowledge of standard wiring practices and general code along with the ability to bend and install conduit is required.
Candidate must have minimum 2 years experience in automation and control and possess good communication skills. Able to work at heights up to 50 feet. Must work well with others and be able to exercise independent judgment while carrying out assigned duties.
Shifts Rotate:7:00 a.m. –3:00 p.m.
3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
11:00 p.m. –7:00 a.m.
